  27.     Kermit can run over Telnet (uses TCP). The specs on Telnet and
  28. TCP are the many RFCs (Request for Comment), which are the formal specs
  29. of those protocols. You can find them archived all over the world, including
  30. at nic.ddn.mil.
  31.     Kermit packets themselves are defined in the book "Kermit, a file
  32. transfer protocol" by Frank da Cruz. Please contact Columbia for ordering
